Roku has announced that it has added Brazilian streaming service PlayKids to its platform. Now the kids-focused OTT is available through Roku in Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama and Peru.

Users may subscribe to PlayKids through Roku Channel Store for a monthly fee of USD 4.99. The OTT offers a 14-day free trial period to new customers.

PlayKids was born in Brazil in 2013 and is owned by Movile Group, which specializes in kids-focused educational content. The OTT offers cartoons, educational games and digital books. The service is available in more than 180 countries in six languages.
