OTT platform HBO Go has been available through Roku players in Latin America since September 19 this year. In the United States this addition dates back to 2011.

The countries in the region that have access to this content are Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama and Peru. This is an option now available to all HBO customers, whether they are direct subscribers or they have subscribed to the service through a Pay TV operator.

In addition to HBO Go launch, Roku has introduced three new treaming devices that will be on sale in Latin America by next October. They are Roku Express, Roku Streaming Stick+ and Roku Premiere, with Roku Premiere offering the possibility of 4K reproduction (Ultra HD).
