Spain’s Real Madrid Soccer Club has announced the launch of RM Play, its own OTT service, which will offer over 700 hours of content and will be accesible worldwide through mobile phones, tablets, smart TVs and the following streaming players: Apple TV, Android TV and Amazon Fire TV, as well as at a web browser (play.realmadrid.com). The new platform will not livestream first-team official matches.

It will be possible to view RM Play in Spanish and in English (in some cases with subtitles in Portuguese) and content will be available to members of the club as well as to people who are registered as members of Madridistas, a community of fans allowing both paid and free membership options. In addition to featuring hundreds of hours of content, including original and exclusive shows, the OTT will offer Real Madrid TV channel (live), accesible 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Madridistas community, which allows free membership, offers access to summaries, press conferences, interviews and specials; to the club’s historical archive, including the summaries of matches played by Real Madrid first-team during the last 15 years, to the trailer and the first chapter of original series; to RM TV live channel in its Spanish and international version; as well as to news bulletins released during the previous 15 days on demand.

Madridistas Premium and Junior, which are paid membership options, will allow access not only to the content described above but also to whole present and historial matches, to exclusive content, in addition to all the chapters of original series and movies, such as Behind the Champions, Leyenda Blanca, Bernabéu documentary and Campo de Estrellas. It is worth adding that members of the Real Madrid club will be allowed free access to the all the content aired by RM Play.
